Julie has gained a Foundation Degree in Early Childhood Studies,Ba Hons Degree in Early Years Childhood Development and Early Years Professional Status at Middlesex University. 

 All staff have completed either the CACHE,, NNEB, EYE, Childcare Course or NVQ Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Pre-school Practice.. Staff have in addition attended various courses relevant to their work, including First Aid for working with children, Food and Hygiene, Health and Safety and Child Safeguarding.. Staff will continue to update their knowledge by attending courses and workshops organised by the London Borough of Enfield whenever possible.

 All staff have a DBS check and a Health check done before they start with us

 The pre-school also welcomes students from local colleges and schools who require work experience in a pre-­school setting.
